I visited Costa Rica this past April. It is a beautiful country and the people were so friendly. Unfortunately, I saw a lot of stray dogs wandering the streets, and that upset me because I love animals! I’m so happy that a shelter like your’s exists. It is so important to teach the community about the benefits of spaying/neutering pets. I really appreciate what you are doing for these precious animals! God bless you!
