SENASA  or Servicio Nacional de Salud Animal, they are the authority  designate by the government to protected animals in Costa Rica.There is very little pro-animal legal precedent in existence, so each case presents an opportunity to change the legal future for animals.Please file a formal complaint against the abuse.

The only thing necessary for the persistence of evil is for enough good people to do nothing.
